(Photo by Pawat Laopaisarntaksin)A man cleared of drug charges has filed a lawsuit demanding 30 million baht from the Royal Thai Police Office. The lawsuit demands compensation of 3 million baht plus 7.5% interest. After the case reached its conclusion, Mr Ratchasak resolved to sue the police office. The Civil Court set Feb 25 next year as the date for the plaintiff and accused to appear before the judges to start the process.
